It was the best of times, it was actually the best of times. Seriously.

One of the craziest days of my life; what turned into a random idea exploded into an all day and night rap party on Main Street Saskatoon, starting at the 911 mansion and ending somewhere deep into the night, involving copius amounts of alcohol, shopping carts and Weez-ill hanging from the rafters in Maguires Brew Pub. I’m slightly sad I only got partially drunk, but I was MUCH happier manning the boards and recording all of these dope rappers:

THE LINEUP, with RYAN STINSON on the BEAT:

CHAPS
NEREO
KATCH23
GRUBBS
TOUCH
SKIZZAFRANTIK
DEEZUZ
MAX PRIME
THE GUMSHOE STRUTT
EPIC
WEEZ-ILL
NOLTO
WHATEVSKI
LEXINGTON
ADDVICE
NOCANDO
KING DYLAN
ASPIRE
SMIXX
REWIND
CHAPTER THRIVE
MC MOSSBERG
GQ
BIG BEAR
LEV
ROYAL-T
C-STANCE
iD
KHIRY TAFARI
NOWAY
ETHIK9
FINE PRINT
40OZ
POLTY
JOE DUB

That’s right. All those rappers. 8 bars a piece, over 11 minutes of dope rhymes, chronicalling an insane day in Canadian hip hop history.
